Prayers for a Shipmate, as Gene Smallegan is in the hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Hospice has been called in and the doctors are saying he only has a couple of hours to a day, left. Hold the Smallegan family in prayers during this time for our Dear Brother and Shipmate. I will update as soon as I hear more.

Sorry to hear that. Gene was in my section at Dam Neck in the early/mid 80's. He's a good man.

That’s sad to hear. I remember Gene from NOPF Dam Neck. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
