A Bit Of Nutrition Info

As many here know I am a physical nightmare for most doctors to take on. Cardiovascular issues punctuated by very high blood pressure, Type 2 Diabetes with blood glucose levels that are very high, and Deep Vein Thrombosis which mandates that I take very powerful blood thinners.

In my travels on the net I've encountered a functional miracle supplement called Moringa Oleifera (by Pur Vida).

Moringa is a nutrient dense superfood with:

Over 92+ Vitamins & Nutrients
46 Types of Antioxidants
18 Amino Acids
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B7, A, C, K, E and D
Caffeine-Free, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, & Soy Free

Taking this supplement has reduced my blood pressure from a mean of 186/98, to an astonishing 110/70 and my fasting blood glucose average from 264 to 166 (and still dropping).

My DVT echo scans have never been so clean, so much so that I may be reduced on blood thinners.

I have osteo arthritic joint pain that makes it very hard to flex without pain. That pain has diminished significantly since beginning taking this stuff.

Our age has a way of slowing us down in many ways, but I'm here to advocate that you investigate this supplement. You have nothing to lose.

That's great, Rick! Happy to hear you found something that's working.

Re: A Bit Of Nutrition Info

Good tip, Rick! I’m fortunate to have good health and don’t take any meds but I might try that stuff just for the vitamins and antioxidants. Doesn’t appear to have any known risks.
Stay safe and I hope the benefits continue for you.

Wow! This stuff sounds like a wonder drug and it's over the counter. How long have you been taking it and how often? You definitely got my attention with my Afib, Diabetes and borderline Cholesterol and blood pressure issues. Glad to hear that this stuff is working well for you. You deserve a break. Be well my friend.

Re: A Bit Of Nutrition Info

Hey John,
Beginning my 5th month taking the supplement. I take as recommended two 1000 mg capsules with morning and evening meal. I hesitated to share my experience with it since my results have been so good. Thought it was just me and my weakened physical situation making a nominal response to all the antioxidants. But went ahead since it is a quality of life issue. Hope all is well with you and yours Joun.

Cheers, Rick

Re: A Bit Of Nutrition Info

Great tip Rick, may be just the thing to bring down my blood pressure. It has been on the high side since surgery with complications for an aortic aneurism a few years ago I'll definitely give it a try, thanks much. Good to hear it has helped you.
