I remember the XO well, sorry to hear of his passing. If I’m not mistaken he was relieved by Mike Daugherty, another fine officer.

Rick was a good XO at Kef and a very nice guy; It's a shame to see another member of this community gone. My condolences to his family.

I believe I have correspondence in my yellowing service record with his name on it. I don't remember him well which means I didn't get in trouble.
