Prices of raw materials - wood, bricks

Bricks have come down in price by 50%, cement too; wood looks set to rise due to supply problems.

Bricks and cement were pushed up by cartel-style market fixing to squeeze the maximum possible profit out of the building boom of the last 18 months. At last the Polish competition intervened (and perhaps they might eventually do something with their beloved TPSA phone near-monopoly).

Re: Prices of raw materials - wood, bricks

I haven't notice any decrease in prices locally. Surprisingly it's cheaper to buy a lot of materials in Germany.
