UK: Millionaire's plan for drive-in dental clinics

hmm...what about people needing dentists in Poland? I hope Tusk has a speedy plan to address such schemes to lure professionals to the UK.

http://www.kentnews.co.uk/kent-news/Millionaire_s-plan-for-drive__in-
dental-clinics--newsinkent6229.aspx

The multi-millionaire landlord Judith Wilson has announced plans to
open a series of drive-in dental clinics which she says will help
solve Britain's dental problems.

Mrs Wilson, who with her husband Fergus, is one of Britain's largest
private housing landlords, hopes to open a dental clinic every 100
miles throughout the nation so that no patient has to travel more
than 50 miles to get treatment.

"It makes more sense for Polish dentist to come to England than
scores of English people to travel daily to eastern Europe for the
same treatment," she said.

"It is easier on the pocket and easier on the environment if one
dentist travels one way rather than many dental patients two ways."

The former maths teacher said she saw a business opportunity a
month or so ago when she read of dental tourists from Britain flying
out on day trips to Eastern Europe.

She said: "The NHS cannot cope and, without attaching blame to
anyone, we have a fire brigade situation which the country needs to
resolve.

"I will be writing to Gordon Brown and David Cameron to seek their
cooperation so that we can work together on this project."

She said there would be 500 treatment rooms nationwide
with "probably 1,800 East European dentists employed to work in
them".

She said each dentist could treat 50 patients a week – a total of
around 90,000 a week.

The first Drive-in Dental Treatment Centre will be in Maidstone.

Kent on Sunday reported last week how nearly one in ten people in
parts of Kent were resorting to self-treatment because they could
not find an NHS dentist.

Re: UK: Millionaire's plan for drive-in dental clinics

I can't see this business idea working.

Dentists do very well in Poland. They have large houses, drive big cars, and have long waiting lists. Most therefore would probably prefer to stay in Poland.

I'd like to sell business plans like this. Where can I get the edyukashun?
