Password gate

Just a suggestion, but maybe it's time to remove the password gate, to stimulate discussion.

Just an idea, but maybe a good one.

Re: Password gate

I second that - it has got a little dull.

Re: Password gate

I found this forum in my first week of coming to Poland, but it took three years for me to get through the identity check systems, password gate or no. Even with the old "enter code from image" system the images never seemed to load, so either way I couldn't post.

Passwords or no, a better system might be needed if you want to attract more members.

Re: Password gate

Wow! a new post

Re: Password gate

They were put in place to stop all the idiots. Adverts for phone parts in China, people posting insults and racist comments.......
I am suprised it took 3 years as mine took a day.
Enter code is to stop spammers or the site would be full of ads and nothing else.

Re: Password gate

Yeah I don't have a problem with the 'bot trap' either, and it only took me a day or so to get a password.

Maybe a couple more nutters on the forum might stir up debate though :)

Re: Password gate

That one london pakistani was a fn nutcase...

Very amusing though

Re: Password gate

That guy was a bit too much.

But VEY funny!

Re: Password gate

I prefer the limited access approach. There are far too many dumbos surfing general forums with the aim of writing complete nonsense ...
