Home-baked bread

There's nothing better!

Got myself a Moulinex bread maker and baked my first loaf yesterday. Scrummy beyond belief.

Dead easy, just add the ingredients and it does the rest - push one button and leave it alone for a couple of hours, then it beeps and you take the loaf out to cool. Even a moron like me can do it.

Re: Home-baked bread

good. i'm glad to hear of a locally-available brand - i'm desperate to get one and toss the salt-laden bread we get from the local shops.
question though - do you use fresh or dried yeast?

Re: Home-baked bread

Yesterday it was actually dried yeast - easier to judge the quantity.

Re: Home-baked bread

ok ...
so it's available "in Poland" at least
Now I need to move the assessment area outside of "civilisation" and up to the desolate north coast.

Re: Home-baked bread

Desolate??

Charming rural location, nestling in ... (oh you know the rest)
