Cadbury's is investing EUR 250 million in SW Poland - moving away from UK production to a Polish special economic zone.
Motive - plentiful, cheap female labour, motorway access to Germany and Czech Republic.

Aren't labour costs rising steeply now in Poland? Soon they'll have to move east again to keep profits high. Chinese or Turkish Cadburys Flake next

Already happening. Mostly Belarussians, Ukrainians. Plenty of Kazakhs too.
