I'm looking for a Polish live in Housekeeper.

I live in the UK. I'm looking for a live in Housekeeper for my Mother (who is in her 80s and was born in Poland).

I would prefer an older woman who speaks at least some English.

Where do you recommend I advertise?

Thanks in advance.
David

Re: I'm looking for a Polish live in Housekeeper.

You might try a small ad in a Polish newspaper. Here are a few links:

It may be difficult to place an ad if you yourself don't speak Polish. Also paying for the ad might be tricky from outside Poland.

Re: I'm looking for a Polish live in Housekeeper.

Many local town websites have a free classified section. Try searching for the word: ogłoszenia followed by the name of a town or city.

There's also an online website for jobs:

www.epraca.com.pl

Look for the 'Praca za granicą' section.

In my opinion, finding an older housekeeper in Poland who speaks English will be difficult.

Why not try advertising in a local newspaper or shop window in England?

There are lots of nurses available in Poland.
