Re: Briton arrested for sex attacks on sheep

He probably took it out and pissed right there in front to you

We always see a lot of this when in Poland. It might be because there are fewer public toilets but it's defo a cultural difference.

It's nothing to do with cultural differences and everything to do with men being men. I've seen plenty of it in the UK, you only have to go into a subway or an old phone box to smell that it happens over here. Happens everywhere in the world. I don't believe any man who pretends he has never done this not on a loo at least once in his life.

Re: Briton arrested for sex attacks on sheep

Well, if you hadn't broken yours off, you'd be able to do it too!
Pure envy.

Re: Briton arrested for sex attacks on sheep

i've lived in NIreland, England and Canada - and have never seen so many men urinating in public as I have in poland.

sure, it happens everywhere, but i'd guess late at night ... someone huddled in the corner of all alley-way or inside a phone box.

in ni at least i'd never expect to let my eyes idly rest on a guy standing by the side of the road - only to realise he was standing there peeing against the lamppost. total savages really.

i was in lodz in the 90s and the stench of urine from the passageways between buildings made it obvious i wasn't in kansas anymore.

but then public toilets aren't much better. if you can tell a country's maturity by the state of their loos then god help us.

Re: Briton arrested for sex attacks on sheep

It seems to be quite common in London particularly late at night, and probably down to lack of public loos. They seem to have closed every single public loo in London. In the evening the ones at underground stations are locked too.

In Amsterdam they have those funny screens men can go into and you can see their legs.

Re: Briton arrested for sex attacks on sheep

Yes, he urinated there right in front of us. Disgusting.

Worse still he followed this up by spitting on the floor.

I could quite cheerfully have finished his miserable existence if I'd had a suitable humane killer with me.

Re: Briton arrested for sex attacks on sheep

Spitting and urinating on the streets seem to be a part of Polish culture. Both are common practice throughout Slavic countries.

Another thing which I find disgusting is the eating of sunflower seeds and spitting out of the shells on the sidewalk.

Re: Briton arrested for sex attacks on sheep

However, eating sunflower seeds and spitting out the chaff beats the hell out of the chewing gum that litters London's streets, especially the dodgier parts.

humane? What on earth for.

A few weeks ago I was in an outdoor market here in Wrzeszcz - and walking past a closed van which had something dripping out of one corner, making a stream down the path. W told me to avoid it because by his reckoning someone inside the van was peeing on the floor. This is so barbaric I find it hard to fit this sort of people into my idea of a civilised society...

On a more positive note in the past couple of years we've noticed more and more *serviced* portaloos at the coast. Ok they get a bit evil by the end of the service period but at least the will is there - someone in Gmina went abroad and realised how civilisation doesn't smell so much?
