Gay Pride in Warsaw

Gay Pride.

15 years ago my wife and I stood in the crowd at a Gay Pride march in London and had a good laugh at these people all dressed up in outlandish gear. We found them funny, but not ridiculous.

What would my reaction be in Warsaw? Dunno. Wouldn't go to watch. There could be several reasons for this:
1) I've become boring
2) I've become homophobic
3) I don't think Gay Pride marches have a place in Poland

I tend towards 3) but I'm not sure why. Certainly, while I wouldn't bat an eyelid about, say, gardening on a Sunday in England, you wouldn't catch me near a lawnmower in my Warsaw commuter belt township. Not that lawnmowers are linked to gays you understand. My point is that exhibitionism just isn't the Polish thing, you see. You don't see topless women on the Baltic even when the temperature gets above +15!! (Sort of a shame really.) Likewise, the places I go to in Greece.
