I'm guessing that you should be able to afford some ser i wędlina to go with your bread with that portfolio of skills. However, TEFL is a different kettle of fish to normal teaching, so don't assume you can just jump into it. If your heart isn't totally in it, it can be a soulless task.

Just as I thought I have some land in the area and I also have a summerhouse. Great area. Don't pay too much. I know a guy selling a semidetached farm house (both halves) With barn and pig sty. and about 4 hecters for about 100,000 zloty. In the middle of nowere but 20 mins from a nice town, (who may need ateacher next term) Mail me about work, sure I can help out.
The permit (which it sounds like you might need unless you are resident there when you purchase it), is pretty much a matter of going through the motions. You will need to get stuff "apostiled" which is a bit of a pain, but as long as you are not in a huge rush it is fairly painless. It will take a good few months to complete though in my limited experience.
There are taxes and fees (for the Notary) and I believe you are looking at somewhere between 4% and 8%, but probably towards the lower end (I can't remember).
