Re: polish names & nicknames

Isnt Mandek a Polish name? My wifes not heard of it but I know I've seen the name before somewhere as its one of the few Polish male names that I like.

Re: polish names & nicknames

Maybe Roman?

Re: polish names & nicknames

Mandek? No, but Mundek is the diminutive of Zygmunt which is a Polish name.

Re: polish names & nicknames

Polak: are you Polish? Your English seems unusually good for a Pole? Why not introduce yourself on the introduction thread?

Re: polish names & nicknames

"English seems unusually good for a Pole?"

Thank you but my English is not as good as it seems to you.

"Why not introduce yourself on the introduction thread?"
You know me well. Polak is just my second nickname.
