Re: Brits in Poland

Sorry, Cezarek, that was or is my guess from years of avid forum monitoring/reading/study. I could be wrong .

Re: Brits in Poland

So Varsovian could still be my evil twin....

Re: Brits in Poland

A Polish wife is the answer. Fierce but loving and loyal creatures .

Re: Brits in Poland

You mean ... like domesticated goats???

Ah, errm Yorkshire.

Yes, well, I've completely lost track of how I know anything nowadays. It's my 40th birthday today - which, in addition to making me old and open to any suggestions from young blondes (offers anyone?), makes me about a month younger than Reinhold the Austrian, for those of you who know him.

Anyway, I'm from Dewsbury.

There, I've confessed.

I specialise in spying on people via the internet, so if you've left clues out - and I'm sure you have - there I will track you down and tell the whole world everything about you, including your shoe size!

Re: Brits in Poland

Happy Birthday. And remember that 40 is still very young. Think of Pamela Anderson, who is the same age.

You can't be my evil twin in that case, since I've still got a couple of months to go.

How are you celebrating it?

Re: Brits in Poland

Well, my wife helped me start off the celebrations with a bang this morning - by giving me home-made cakes to share with colleagues at work. (What were you thinking of?)

Nothing this weekend - my wife's got something lined up, but I don't know what.

Re: Brits in Poland

Happy Birthday / Sto lat!

Lots of us at or near 40 here.

Re: Brits in Poland

Happy Birthday! And don't give up Czterdziestolatku

A świat w krąg roztacza uroki swe i prosi żeby brać.

Czterdzieści lat minęło to piękny wiek,
czterdzieści lat i nawet jeden dzień.
A gdy cię czas pogania, przodem puszczaj drania
bo masz czterdzieści nowych, bo masz 40 nowych,
bo masz 40 nowych lat.
