2 bachelors degree---- Your opinions please!

You guys think that there's any benefits of having two bachelor's degrees?

ex: BS in Biology and Nursing?

Just asking for opinions

Your Professional Title/Credentials: MA

Are You Still In School? for the MA certification

Are You Working? yes

Re: 2 bachelors degree---- Your opinions please!

It would certainly be a benefit if you were going into research!

Your Professional Title/Credentials: LPN

Are You Still In School? yes

Are You Working? yes

Re: 2 bachelors degree---- Your opinions please!

I agree, if you wanted to do research it would definately help you. When you get your BA in Nursing, it's actually BA of Science in Nursing.

Re: 2 bachelors degree---- Your opinions please!

Actually there is no BA of science. BA stands for bachalors of ART so you would have a BS bachalors of SCIENCE.

Like the others said, if you want to do research...but having two BS degrees will not be very adventagous for getting a nursing job. Your time would be better spend getting your BSN and then getting certified in some area like CCRN (critical care RN) there are many certifications to choose from too.
