I need help-

When we do lab class, I feel very incompendent. I aheva problem with giving my fellow classmates shots and taking blood. How do I overcome this fear so I can be the best I can be at this? This is really becomming a problem. :(

Confind in some one. I am in nursing school and last semester after I took a midterm I felt like an idiot and thought forsure every one else did better than me. I talked to a few people after class and it turns out they thought the test was super hard to. I am sure you are not the only one that feels they way you are feeling; a lot of people are good at faking it. Also, practice practice practice. I use to get super nervous drawing blood too, but over time I got better
