What it is my school backer is wanting me to ask 7 questions to 3 Medical Assistant employers and 12 questions to 1 Medical Assistant. It would be greatly appreciated for anyones help.

It is mostly to teach them to overcome shyness, and hesitation to speak to someone they don't know about a specific subject. It prepares you not only to deal with patients (which initially are strangers), but also to network with people in your field, and trains your ability to communicate and listen well.
