Experience in the field

Is experience worth anything if it is 20 years old? I haven't worked as an MA since 1989. If I go back to school do you think I will have any advantage in getting hired before others without any experience or is it just too long ago?

Re: Experience in the field

I have also graduated in 1989(Calif) I have 20 years experience as well actually working, and I still am having a hard time finding a job. The working field sucks right now. It helps (sometimes to know someone who can get you in.
