Anyone live around BUFFALO,NY? (experiences,pay,what college etc) :)

Hi, I was just browsing this site. I live in Buffalo,Ny and I was wondering if anyone lives or knows someone who lives around here going for Medical Assistant? I am switching my major and just was wondering about pay, experiences, what college did you go to etc. Thanks
