Sorry I don't have anything that is going to help you. There are other threads here where folks have offered practice tests and such. I do have some advice:
Take a deep breath, relax, let it out, take another deep breath... relax. Most all of us have been in your position, I know I worked myself into puking stressed out ill. So relax, look up those other threads and have fun. Good luck.
