Hey, well I attended my first medical assistant class today. (The only bad thing was it didnt start on time and the teacher has to find out what happened to the other few students bc I was the only one there today!)She thinks maybe they were accidentally told that the program was canceled but, it was the certificate program that was not the Degree. Anyways she told me that all 5 graduates last semester have jobs now,and she said that you can make a good salary maybe even more than an lpn. She said sometime were going to go with the people in the Radiology program(I was in and dont care to see thoses people again)Im not sure why though to prepare patients and explain stuff? I was told that as an RT student thats what you do? Anyone have an experience with this??? Just some thoughts.....I will write more im sure.
