Medical Assisting

I graduated from MA school in July 09. Have not found a job. I have applied to numerous positions, nationwide, as well as interviewed with several temp agencies. I am very upbeat and interview well. I am 45 years old, female, and thought this was a great new career field to enter. I am certified through the NHA as a clinical, administrative and billing & coding specialist, as well as phlebotomy and EKG Tech. I have had my resume and cover letter professionally prepared, yet can't seem to even get a call for an interview. If anyone has any leads to available positions in NC, SC, TN, NY, KS, GA.....I am willing to relocate. I have been out of school for 3 mnths and am concerned that by the time I land a job, I will have forgotten most of my training (although I do continue to review). Thanks for your help and adice.
