Help!

I graduated from a medical assistant program back in 1997 in a different state from which I live in now, and received my associate's degree. However I never went and sat for the boards or took any kind of licensing tests. I moved right after I graduated and was never able to find a job in medical assisting in the state I moved to because I had no experience. So now I want to go back into the field and work as a medical assistant but I don't know what to do to get certified. I called my local community college to see if they offered refresher courses and they don't. So now I am very confused on what I should do. Help anyone!

Re: Help!

If you wait over 3 years you can't take the test. I'm not sure if you would have to repeat all your courses or what. But good luck!:)
