International Medical Assistants

Hi, just came across this forum, but missed international flavours. We face similar issues herein India as well. The profession is not regulated. Apart from armed forces MA's not certified. Armed forces impart training. You can not bank upon those qualifications to be respected outside despite being multiskilled. I thought that I will seek an international certification, but not only it is costly specially US one, I find it easier to complete MBA in Hospital Administration.
