Does anyone know what POMR Charting is??

Im studying charting right now in class but I dont understand the POMR charting at all can someone Help me??

Yep, it was used at the last job I had.

SOAP notes just didn't make sense in that practice. The doctor wanted all photos, x-ray reports, lab results along with his surgery notes in one place in the chart related to each surgery. The only exception might have been an initial visit, assuming it wasn't a referral from another provider, to assess a patients complaint, he did use SOAP format for his initial chart note.
