WHERE can I find out where next local meeting is held?

Hi,
My teacher wants us to attend a meeting they have once a month, I guess other peoplle from the profession will be there etc this Saturday. Anyways she was trying to say it is mandatory (I dont know how she can say that)Im not sure if I will be able to make it due to transportation etc, but does anyone know where I could find out where the meeting will be held so I can plan ahead? I live in Buffalo,ny and she never gave us the name of the location just said it was on Transit road I think in Williamsville not even sure. I might not be able to get a hold of her for the next few days so i was wondeering if there is a place online I could find out? THANKS!
