just sent application out for aama certification exam andhad question about review bk

Hi, so I never heard back from a few places I tried to contact regarding getting help paying for the certification exam so i totally drained my bank account which is so not like what it used to be!:( I mailed the application out today and still am not sure how im going to pay for college this semester still, but I had a question about the Kaplan medical assistant exam review second edition book. #19 on pg 24 seems to be an error im not sure which is the correct answer? ALSO I would appreciate any tips or material I could use to help prepare for the exam...probably will take in december/jan. Thanks :)
