Re: EXIT INTERVIEW?

My last day at the externship, I took in a bag of candy kisses and a thank you card. The supervisor signed my papers for the school and that was it. There really wasn't an exit interview.

Same here! Like Jeff, the externship ended, we said our heartfelt thank yous and well wishes, my evaluation form was filled out by the office manager, and I returned back to school to get ready for the final exams and graduation. I'd imagine if there was an exit interview it would go along the lines:

a. what did you learn
b. what did you enjoy/not like
c. would you work with us if the opportunity arose.
