*PLEASE POSSIBLE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS*

So in a few hours I have an interview for a MA position. Can someone please tell me some of the key questions usually asked, and good possible answers to them. I'm thinking they might ask about strengths/weaknesses, what would you do if you had a conflict with a colleague, how would you handle an upset patient, where do you want to be 5 years from now? Am I on the right track? and what would be some good answers? PLEASE HELP BECAUSE IM NERVOUS WHEN INTERVIEWING....and its today! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Re: *PLEASE POSSIBLE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS*

Turn your weakness into a strength--for example, I'm very detail oriented and carefully check all of my work so it might take a bit longer to complete. I like to get it right the first time - so I spend more time double checking my work. my motto is If you don't have time to do it right the first time, where are you going to find time to do it over?

Kind of corny, I know.

Another good one I heard: I have a phobia about being late. I will arrive 30 minutes early rather than be 1 minute late!

As far as the "in 5 years" question, that's personal. I want to be working for a specialty practice, with applicable certs and possibly working towards my Bachelor's. You have to find your own groove, so to speak.
That should give you an idea. I forget the other questions but you got to put your spin on it like a political candidate running for office!!
