CMA's with their Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management

Just want to hear from CMA's that have their Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management. I'm getting ready to go back to school this summer for it. I have worked as a CMA for three years now. I'm just curious how others are doing in the field of leadership.
