MAs who call themselves nurses?

I have noticed this a lot with some newer MAs i seen in doctors offices and some former coworkers who are mas but inist on calling themselves nurses. I always thought you could get into fair amount of trouble if something goes wrong and it is found out youwere calling youself a nurse wheny our really a ma or something else
