MA program and typing test

Hi all you MA's,

I was supposed to be starting the program at a Community College this next semester. I was wondering how much typing is done in school...in a comuunity college setting? I can type about 40 wpm and that is what my school requires? I do not however, type the normal way :) I am not so interested in working in a front office, but would rather do vitals, etc in a doctor's office setting. I am wodering if my typing skills will hinder my schooling? Any working MA's could you please let me know what you type on a day to day basis? Thanks for your help!

Are You Still In School? no

Are You Working? yes

Re: MA program and typing test

I didnt know there were rules for school. I dont type super fast..probably a little slower than you (not normal way either). You should be fine!
