How to get Externship?????

Hi,
I am a foreign medical graduate. I GOT a medical assistant certificate from this company http://www.arma-cert.org/. Can anybody help me how to get externship in this field so that i get some experience and may be its easier for me to get job. Plz help me.

Hello there, I would suggest that trying a free clinic or try volunteering at a Hospital in your area. Both of these would be great to check out. This is a great way to gain experience and helping others at the same time. I hope this has helped, Good luck...
