Re: medical admistrative assistant or medical assistant

Hi Alice,

I have seen plenty of Medical Admin assistants but I am thinking that possibly you are concerned about diversity in your job and skills? Every once in awhile, I've come across a CMA or RMA who just perform front office duties but most do not.

We all have our weaknesses or as you say, "Shyness" but if you think you can overcome it, then I say you should try and let's not forget, there are a lot of offices in which MA's don't perform phlebotomy... At least here, in Washington State, your current "upcoming" credentials would hold water.

Good luck

Your Professional Title/Credentials: MPS, BA, MA
