Medical office basic vs business math. What's the difference?

I was reading a job ad for an office assistant and something stuck out to me that I haven't seen before. This employer wants someone knowledgeable in basic AND business math?

What is "business math"? Would accepting copays and perform billing duties be considered business math? What else would business math be?

What would fall under "basic math"? I know what that is, but how is it applied in a medical office besides previously mentioned?

I've ruled out drug dosage calculations since that isn't really a duty for admin's; that doesn't really fall into basic math either since it's a little more complicated.

Anyway, does anyone know the difference between the two?
