IS THE JOB OF A NEW MEDICAL ASSISTANT TOO HECTIC

Im recently moved, and desperate for another job.I recently interviewed for a (non certified) MA position at a GYN office. There are only 2 doctors and it is very fast paced. I would only be the MA to one of the doctors. Each doctor has 20+ patients a day. I shadowed the float there and it just seems like it is chaotic. She was running around like a chicken without a head. I have a little experience rooming patients, assisting with procedures but most of my experience is busy lab work. Im contemplating if I would be able to handle the job. Taking care of 20+ patients, updating charts, returning phone calls and running around like a crazy person just seemed a little crazy. I've worked in many fast pace medical offices, but this was a bit scary. Any advise would be helpful. Dont want to bite off more than I can chew!!! Please help!!
