Hello everyone, I am putting together a focus group to analyze Medical Assistants. What questions would you like to see in a survey. Some questions I have asked in the past include, Did the training you receive adequately prepared you for the position?

9.) Do you receive health care benefits or paid vacation?
10.) Do you carry your own professional malpractice insurance (or at least, are you covered under your employer's malpractice insurance policy (a rider in your name?))
11.) Are you certified?
