please help

Hey, does anyone know if you can work at a hospital as a MA, I dont want to do all the clerical work, I want to work with patients as a clinical MA. I am starting school in August and I need some help to know what really does a clinical MA do? and do you have to do clinical and clercial? I live in Oklahoma.... thanks

It really depends on the hospital. Some utilize LPN's for patient care, others MA's. You can also get hird as a EKG tech, telemetry, things like that.
