I am quessing the first one is certified medical assistant. I am lost on the other ones.

CMA - Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA)
CCMA - Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (NHA)
CMAA - Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (NHA)
FLWD - Freelance Web Designer (IWA)

However, I am no longer a Freelance Web Designer. I am now a professional web developer and designer, and I no longer work as a medical assistant. I earn my money by developing and marketing web sites for companies (such as for example the National Health Career Association's NHA web site at http://www.nhanow.com) and many other well known sites.

Sometimes life takes a funny turn. However, had it not been for my strong background in the health care industry, and my medical assistant training, I would very seriously doubt that I would have had the success I have in the web site development business.
