Survival on an MA salary.

Is it possible? My rocky marriage will finally come to an end in less than 2 years (I have to wait until my daughter finishes h.s., as I'm moving back home out of state when that happens). Anyhoot, is it possible for a divorced woman to manage on an MA salary? I was thinking about doing my MTing (medical transcription) on a part-time basis as well. Got to get it in gear as time is quickly passing. Do you think I'll be living at the poverty level? Scary thought.

Be blessed in the Lord.

Re: Survival on an MA salary.

Depending on the area, I think you can make $20-30,000 a year full-time.
