Hey John, welcome. What exactly do you do in internal medicine? Do you stay busy? How do all your superiors treat you, i.e., nurses, doctors. Heard they can be "snooty" to newbies. Just wanting to see the whole picture before I get into school. Won't let it dissuade me, just want a very realistic picture.
