Hi, I was just hired today at a well respected Medical Group, I graduated Oct. of 2006, and I am just now finding a job, I was getting a little down but I knew If I stayed patient that something would come along, Now I am scared to death, sort of like the feeling of the "First Day" on your intern site. I would just like a little advice on what to expect on my first day?

More than liklely you will shadow someone on the first day and go over the layout, paperwork, routine etc... If you feel comfortable after a cfew hours you may do some patient check in's. Just try to absorb all you can!
