I've been told that I must complete an internship. How and where?

It is typically set up with your school. They will set you up at a facility and you have a certain amount of hours to complete.

At my school, they had externship sites already set up and the teacher placed us in a site, but I went out and found my own site because I really liked this clinic and I really wanted to work there, so I called them and asked them if they would allow me to do an externship. If you have to find your own site, just call places you might think you would like to work and see if they will let you do an externship, most places will not turn down free work!!( But make sure of how much they will let you do, you don't want to have a site that won't so much as let you take a blood pressure!!)
