I've been reading the Unilateral Agreement and I have a few questions:

1. Has the Zoning change for this project been granted yet?

2. Based on the agreement, must all 14 conditions be met before they are granted the zoning change?

3. Have they met any of the 14 conditions as of this time?

The zoning changes took effect in 1986.

The conditions of the UA must be met as part of the subdivision approval process. The developer has tentative subdivision approval, which includes various permitting conditions that must be satisfied before final approval is granted. One of the conditions is that the State Department of Transportation must not object to the traffic plans. All condiitons must be satisfied within one year.
