As a visitor to the North Shore in 2005, I was amazed that Oahu had so much undeveloped land! It was wonderful to wake up to the roosters and lazy days of beach life. I expected to see condos all along the shore as has happened along my home stretch in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Staying on the North Shore was like visiting my home town on the east coast of Florida as it was 40 years ago. Keep the North Shore undeveloped!
