Duolin Inhaler is a medication that contains two bronchodilators, ipratropium bromide and levosalbutamol. It is used to manage asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. This medication is available by prescription only and should be taken as directed. Duolin inhaler is contraindicated in people with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, tachyarrhythmias, and allergy to atropine or its derivatives. It is also not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.
