Frances was my sister and I have sad news. She died on January 8, 2011. She was a graduate of Welch High School class of 1957. Also, our brother Richard L. Smith, who would have graduated in 1959 passed away in 2009.
Thank you, Rhonda, but I know you knew our family. You lived across from the Smiths, in North Welch, in a trailor. Also Frances was married to your cousin Don Lane.
