Sheila Belcher Rinehart of Roanoke, Virginia and formerly of Shady Spring, WV, went to be with her Savior on January 30, 2014. She is the wife of John Jay Rinehart, sister of Alvin and Tommy Belcher, and Cherry Belcher Titus. She is the mother of Susan Rinehart Stilwell, Monica Rinehart Winter, and Janet Rinehart Hale. She is a grandmother of six, and was preceded in death by her grand daughter, Karis Winter, as well as her parents, Hiller and Neta Abshire Belcher.
Thank you both for your message...can't believe she is gone. Such a lonely feeling in my heart when I think of her being dead. She was only 73. She left far too soon.
