The Welch High School Class of '66 will gather for its 50th reunion on August 19-20 at the Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton WV. Area alums and friends of WHS are invited to attend the Friday night (August 19) event, which will include a musical show, heavy hor's d'oeuvres, and time for socializing. Meet and Greet will begin at 6:00 p.m. Attire is casual. Tickets for Friday night are $15 per person and must be purchased prior to the event. On Saturday night, members of the class of '66 are invited to attend a banquet followed by DJ/light show. Master-of-ceremonies will be John Layne Oblinger, president of the class of '66. For those attending from out of town, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Princeton Hampton Inn (under the name "WHS Class of 1966"). Other motels are nearby.
