Re: 310th Infantry KIA's

Hi James,

i'm inform you that i honnor the Mitchell Beether's grave since 3 years. He rest in the american military cimetery of Henri-Chapelle in Belgium.

I had received from the US Army Human Resources Command, his IDPF (individual deceased Personnal file) but infortunatly, this one was lost by the office of the cemetery. I have only six photocopied pages... the most importants. (inventory of personnal effects, rapport of burial, request for disposition of remains and sister's personnal letter... )

Here are the informations about this soldier.

PFC Mitchell Beether ASN: 32723571
Co B, 310th IR 78th ID.

He was killed the March 14, 1945 in Honningen (Germany)

I can send you this file if you wish.

Do you have possibly a photo of this soldier or this B company?

I was never able to put a face in my heros and I would really like that it comes true...

Thank you for your interest.

Re: 310th Infantry KIA's

Thanks to many people making company identifications to our KIA's we have whittled down the number of men not placed in a company to 142. I will add the names of those remaining in hopes more can be placed in their company when killed.
